By placing an order or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Overview

  • We provide mobile bar services, including custom cocktails, mocktails and event catering.
  • All services are subject to availability and are delivered within our operating hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

3. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Orders can be placed via website, phone, or email.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • For event bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be completed through transfers, cards, pos
  • Late payments may result in order cancellation or delay.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Event orders follow our Booking Policy:
    • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for damaged or incorrect orders are processed as per our Return Policy.

6. Delivery and Pickup

  • Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM and 6 PM to specified locations within our service area.
  • Customers opting for self-pickup must collect their orders within the agreed time to avoid delays.
  • We are not liable for orders left unclaimed beyond the scheduled time.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information, including delivery address, contact details, and order specifications.
  • For event services, customers must ensure access to the venue and adequate setup space.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for excellence but cannot be held liable for:
    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
    • Customer dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences not communicated in advance.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total value of the order.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and recipes are the intellectual property of DOSE BAR Reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited without prior consent.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for non-performance or delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

11. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via website, email, or other preferred channels.
