1. Delivery Areas:

  • We deliver within Lagos only

2. Delivery Times:

  • Standard Orders: Delivered between 10:30 AM and 6 PM, after payment confirmation.
  • Event Orders: Delivered and set up at least 1 hour before the event start time (setup between 10:30 AM and 6 PM).
  • Rush Orders: Available for same-day delivery between 10:30 AM and 6 PM for an additional fee (subject to availability).

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.

4. Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a confirmation message with your delivery details and estimated arrival time.

5. Delivery Requirements:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order between 10:30 AM and 6 PM.
  • If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. A redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries:

  • Check your order upon delivery.
  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, notify our team immediately with a photo and description of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund, as outlined in our Return Policy.

7. Event Deliveries:

  • For event orders, we provide on-site setup and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
  • Delivery and setup occur between 10:30 AM and 6 PM unless agreed otherwise during the booking process.
  • Please provide accurate location details and access information during booking.

8. Unforeseen Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, emergencies) may cause delays.
  • We will notify you promptly and work to minimize the inconvenience.

9. Self-Pickup Option:

  • Self-pickup is available from our location between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Orders must be picked up within 2 hours of the agreed pickup time.
